1. Choose your package and payer

Insight is $14.99 per applicant for the behavioral assessment and landlord references. Complete is $34.99 per applicant and adds a credit report and score. Choose landlord payment or applicant payment where permitted.

2. Gather applicant information

The applicant supplies previous rental addresses and landlord contact information. The landlord can enter reference contacts when the applicant needs help. Consent and authorization are separate from the choice of who pays.

3. Collect three different perspectives

Behavioral assessment

The applicant responds to realistic rental scenarios about property care, communication, follow-through, lease rules, and shared spaces. Allow approximately 10 minutes. Try a sample question.

Traditional landlord references

Previous landlords provide their own answers about rent payment history, property condition, lease completion, and their experience with the applicant. Explore reference questions.

Credit report and score

Complete adds financial-history context through a consumer-authorized credit report and score. Credit information is separate from the behavioral assessment and reference ratings.

4. Review the sources together

Use each source to inform follow-up conversations. Missing information should remain visible, and no score guarantees future behavior or makes the rental decision.
